Nextboat is a location-based community and marketplace application for boat owners and liveaboards, allowing users to:
  • Discover nearby boats
  • Offer or request services
  • Publish listings
  • Communicate via in-app chat

  • Maintain confidentiality of their account
  • Be responsible for all activity under their account
4. Marketplace & Listings4.1 User Responsibility
Black Ball acts as a platform only.
  • We are not a party to any transaction
  • We do not verify goods or services
  • All agreements are strictly between users
4.2 Legal Goods and Services
Users agree to:
  • Offer only legal goods and services
  • Comply with local, national, and international laws
  • Not sell prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items
🚫 Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):
  • Illegal goods
  • Weapons
  • Drugs
  • Stolen items
  • Fraudulent services
5. Payments & Liability
  • Black Ball does not process payments between users (unless explicitly stated)
  • We are not responsible for losses, disputes, or damages arising from user interactions
  • Users engage with others at their own risk
6. Location-Based Features
Users acknowledge that:
  • Location data is used to enable proximity-based features
  • Visibility radius may vary depending on subscription or settings
  • Exact coordinates are not publicly displayed
7. Content Ownership
  • Users retain ownership of their content
  • By uploading content, users grant Black Ball a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service
8. Prohibited Behavior
Users must not:
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Impersonate individuals
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls
